8 Weeks to a Well-Behaved Child

Learn to effectively teach the contents of the 8 Weeks to a Well-Behaved Child course
Learn to utilize the 8 Weeks to a Well-Behaved Child Workbook and the main text to assist parents to practice parenting skills
Learn to create interest in your parent audience by using illustrations, anecdotes, handouts, and cartoons that work
Learn how to successfully overcome resistance to positive parenting techniques
Learn how to best instruct parents as to why physical management of children is counterproductive

Desire alone is not enough. You need training to teach a positive parenting course that has proven effectiveness with parents of young children, parents of foster children, children of teenage delinquents, and parents of challenging children of all ages.

There are many ways to teach parent education classes. But this training the trainer seminar is recommended for counselors, social workers, psychologists, teachers, domestic violence shelter staff, physicians, and health care professionals who wish to lead an effective 8 Weeks to a Well-Behaved Child course or simply want to help their clients and patients by improving their own ability to give parenting advice.
James will be offering this class on a private, one-on-one email class with professionals who want to learn how to run a parent training class. Cost will be $90.00 plus the cost of the manual ($15.00). The workbook is free.
